The
home is a reflection of self. It can help you define who you
are and who you want to be. It can be a source of comfort,
a true personal retreat.
|
A
home holds and reflects the personal expression and life processes
of those living within it.
Our traditions,
beliefs, values, celebrations, losses, conflicts and struggles
can be expressed inside, but because we live there every day
we can lose sight of how our home defines us, supports us and sometimes
limits us.

Ellen
Solot, M.A., founder and owner of Homecomings®,
offers a new approach to help people examine
their relationships with their homes. Working with clients in their
own homes, she helps people create home environments that honor who
they really are.
The facilitator of Homecomings® comes
not as an expert, but as a guide, creating an atmosphere within which
the client can explore his or her relationship to the home. She has
seen clients make positive lifestyle changes by changing the way
they look at and live in their homes. |
